I'm not the tallest or skinniest guy in the world and in order to get my suspension set up correctly, I am not flat footed at stops anymore. I was thinking of changing the rear shock to one with a stiffer spring in order to lower the rear ride height. Has anyone done this? Do you have any recommendations, comments concerns about this? Will it adversely affect the handling of the bike? Thanks.

How about the easy way out, order a "low" seat? Seems easier than diggin into the suspension minus the down time also. Just a thought. JIM

MacBuell ain't gonna give up his Corbin for a hard low seat!
MacBuell, there are spring kits to use stiffer springs.
Trojan has them, they're also sold here in the states.
Find what he sells (cause we know they work well) and then see if he can help you find a vendor here.

It really isn't a big deal to me just something that I was thinking about. I have no problem handling the bike at lights or anything else, like I said, just a thought. I don't want to change the seat because the bike has a Corbin on it right now that cost some bucks and it's a great seat.
