Big deal - can he go 200 mph in a straight line on a 'Busa? That's skill.

he he... 211MPH on a Buell would be skill. I'm not sure the Busa will actually do 200... Maybe 200 indicated? I could be wrong. |

WAY OUTRAGEOUS STUFF! Worth the time to sit and observe. A Monster of a stunt-rider! What a gas-gas!! But can you imagine having spectators line the end of the runway like that in the USA? I sure can't. |

So much for Keith Codes lean machine. I guess you can turn a bike without your hands. That clip was sick |

One more thought, these stunt guys must have a couple extra internal gyroscopes! My gosh, what a sense of balance... |

Craig Jones is very good, but the first guy to do most of that type of stunt work was AC Farias... www.acfarias.com |

There is a stunt team in florida i think that uses all buell's they are sponsered by buell, they have nothing but good to say about thexb's as a stunt bike. |

I think the first guy to start stunting was Gary Rothwell at the Isle of Man in the late 1980's, no?

http://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/show.cgi?tpc=32777&post=267587#POS T267587 Actually, in Code's book he states that if you had a perfectly smooth surface and initiated a turn in a circle, the bike would continue to arc in a circle until it ran out of gas...which is really what is going on here. I don't quite think that this example of low speed "spirals" quite meets the spirit of Code's theory and practice of higher speed cornering. For some reason, I can't see Valentino Rossi taking a turn at 150 MPH with just his knees... CHris |

Your right.. Rossi would just use his toes, after all, less weight on the control surfaces.. Uh, yeah.. But on the other hand, if he doesn't use his hands, then what happens to all those neat glove sponsorship deals? Think about it.. that's why racers use their hands! It's the GLOVE SPONSORS!! Later, |
