So I was looking around my ECM settings in "Scalars" In tunerpro RT.
I noticed my fan key on-off (fan switch off) Temp was 220c and my fan key on-on(fan switch on) was set set to 180c. Does that make sense? It doesn't too me

Secondly is there a way to set static timing with tunerpro? I cant find a CPS command/readout anywhere...AM I missing it?
Again I'm just looking around at stuff to get familiar.

Thanks,
Guys

Hi, There is a hysteresis for the fan operation, which is normal for temperature controls. It prevents the fan from rapidly turning on&off as you cross the temp. threshold, plus some extra buffer.

So it turns On at 220 C, but it doesn't turn Off when you cool to 220 C again; the engine has to cool down another 40 C before the fan turns off!
