Hi guys, I bought a Buell '09 xb12ss Lightning Long which - unfortunately - had a Jardine RT1 which was by far too loud for me. I also got the stock exhaust - but this one was by far to silent for me. Coming from Germany I bought a Sebring Twister. Unfortunately this one only fits to the EU-manifolds which are 2,5" and not 2" (US). So I have to sell this one. But I had in '07 a Buell race exhaust on my '04 xb9sx. So I am now looking forward to find someone who has a Buell race exhaust and likes to sell this one. Please send me a PM or an email (491810@gmail.com) if you like to sell your Buell race exhaust. I live in NYC. So shipment shouldn´t be more than $50. |

Buell race exhausts are extremely rare to come buy. If I were you I would get a Special O.P.S. Its the closest thing you will get to the Buell race muffler IMO. http://www.specialops-online.com/11401.html That or the Hawk exhaust and chose the "quiet" option. www.hawkperformancemotorcycle.com The Hawk is cheaper (Message edited by gregoxb on September 10, 2013) |

I am half finished with my own magnaflow type muffler It sounds great much quieter than RT-1 and a deeper tone next step is building the interactive exhaust valve and silencer for the other pipe (twin outlet) to create some restriction for low end torque and still have a 2 1/4 full flow to the tailpipe when the valve opens |

Two things I forgot 1 I used the RT-1 pipe to connect to the muffler and when complete I'll post pics , once I have mine making a second or third would be no problem. Any one interested? Full polished stainless steel performance muffler with interactive exhaust valve. |

Unfortunately this one only fits to the EU-manifolds which are 2,5" and not 2" (US). So I have to sell this one# There are actually two different Sebring Twister/Remus Revolution (same pipe) models available to fit both the early and later Euro/US bikes. 2" (fits all up to 2007 Euro models and all US bikes 2002-2010) http://www.trojan-horse.co.uk/prods/86.html 2.5" (fits 2008 on Euro/export spec bike only) http://www.trojan-horse.co.uk/prods/240.html Alternatively you could keep the Sebring pipe that you have and source a set of Euro/export model header pipes from a 2008 on Xb12. These will fit the late style Euro Sebring muffler you have. The headers have a smaller diameter and a longer front pipe. Some people seem to think that they are responsible for a loss of power, but I don't think this is the case. (Message edited by trojan on September 24, 2013) |

Not a bad deal, I seriously did call to get it but was cut off. I've got enough stuff already. Actually bought a new can a while ago and had it coated before bolting it on to anything. The can alone cost me $600. |
