Rode about 200 miles with the XB12 airbox on my XB9S - at air temperature hovering around 50 degrees. It seems like the cooling fan is coming on more often. Anyone notice that? Does XB12 airbox make the engine run leaner? If so, it would make sense. If not ... what's going on?

When I first got my bike, the cooling fan ran too often. Had that issue resolved by resetting the TPS and A/F. With the 12XB air box, it's running like before the reset.

it will work itself out but yes it will make it run leaner til it gets totally compensated for the new airflow delivery.

nothing to worry about
