I was just curious if anyone can tell me the difference between the stock seat and the streetfighter seat besides it's "kicked-up" for a more aggressive riding position? Is it more comfortable? Is it worth the $169.00's??
I saw the Corbin seat and did not care for that too much, just made the bike look funky to me.

I like the looks of corbin, think it looks better in person, Takes much of the heat away from your ass and is much more comfortable. To remove the hot seat alone was worth the $350.

By the way, what ever seat you choose, they all resell easily here or on ebay. I couldn't find a dealer who stocked the buell seat and figured that kicked up deal would not work on long rides.

How much lower does the Corbin feel.
I noticed on the site they have it on a XB9SL and they say it's got "good ground reach capability" and it's about a 1/2" lower than stock. But I'm more drawn to the Streetfighter seat.

I ordered mine 1 inch higher than their discription seat height, for leg comfort. I'm 6' 250 lbs. I can't flat both feet but can with one foot on brake and one flat on ground at very slight angle, 30" inseem.

every lighting I have sold. I have also sold the streetfighter seat for that bike. Everyone that has it says its very comfortable especially on long rides. and it keeps their ass in place when they are getting on it.
It feels very comfortable to me....plus I just happen to have one in stock. wouldn't you know it!!!

The badweb discount makes it $152.95 and shipping to st. pete couldn't be more than $10 probably less.

Let me know if ya want one I be glad to get it for ya.

I have the streetfighter seat... and I love it. IMHO it is much more comfortable than the original seat... it is a bit wider... so it made the ground a little further away... but at 5 foot 9 inch... it made no significant difference. Before the change... after about an hour I began getting uncomfortable... with the streetfighter seat... I can go for hours... I think it is more comfortable than the seat on my BMW!

I'll also vouch for the increased comfort of the streetfighter seat over stock. Though at 6'4" the added comfort is minimal. I'd like to see a seat made for TALL riders, not dwarfs!!!
