What do you all think a new 2010 XB9SX should go out the door for?

$2 million dollars

well it should be that price if it the price was based on the bike's greatness.

Well . . . there were 281 of them made in 2010 . . . .you do the math.

It's probably one of the best bikes in the 2010 year.

281 of them made in 2010 ; ) I don't want to know what they might be worth in ten years just how cheap I can get one off a dealers floor this year; )

The wife will shoot me of course but it might be worth it. Who needs a college fund anyway?

You might try my old "Dear . . I am so confident in the likelihood that the young prodigy will get a scholarship I see no need to have the fund sit idle".

By the way . . don't use my name or we'll BOTH have "Vickie Problems".

: )

Just tell her a new XB9 would have a better ROI than leaving it in some dreary old fund. Maybe not if measured in $ (although it's not completely improbable), but certainly in smiles...

Hey Dave just buy it. After buying four new bikes this last year and still being alive I say go for it. Let me know if you need a place to keep it. I am making room in the garage for the 1125R I just got and would love to have a 2010 XB9SX next to it.

I got one that was "used" with 50 miles on it for $5400, plus TTL, about $6K out the door. There are still a few of those out there, too. Just as good as new, and you don't have to argue about the dealer prep, documentation, or transportation fees (which are all bogus).

2010 XB9SX, hmm sounds familiar.

Still have little seat time but it's as close to flying without a bike as I've ever been. Mine was 7K before fl tax/registration and gas to get it back down here.

I realize I'm late to this string so did you get it yet?

Dave, don't buy it... after 65,000 miles they tend to fall apart.
