Several years ago I purchased a used Buell Blast and even though it was on the small side I really enjoyed it. I always lusted after the XB9 but it was just out of reach price wise. So fortunately or more like unfortunately the shut down at Buell finally put one in reach. Not to mention that if I waited any longer I would be buying used for sure. By the time I raised the cash for the deposit to get the right payments, there where no more XB9s in Md, PA or VA. I did find one in OH and it was the Cherry Bomb Red, just like I wanted. After a 14 hour round trip in a single day I finally have the Buell I have always wanted.

Right on man! That's a good lookin' prize for chasing your dream. Now that you've graduated from the Blast, welcome to the XB insanity for which there is no cure!!!

Black cases, frame and forks! That is the sickest!

Airville, as in York County? If so I'm in Delta, we should hook up for a ride sometime.

Yep, right up the road from ya. Do you live in town? Every now and again I jog the length of Chestnut St a few times with a friend. Send me an email maybe we can get together and ride.

I found my bike at Western Reserve HD in Mentor OH. They were absolutely great to work with. Every time I have been to a dealer around here they seemed bothered to have to deal with the Buells. At Western Reserve they appeared to really enjoy the Buells. If I live near them I would have bought one long ago. I picked up my bike on 5/3 and they still had a fair amount of bikes left. They told me when HD shut down the factory they had close to 100 Buells in stock. And if you are into the t shirts, they had a bunch marked way down. I was in such a hurry to make the trip home I forgot to go back in and get some.
