as far as I know that race ecm is drop in and go.

but I would think that keeping in the lower RPM range would be advisable in the beginning. the closed loop range will allow it to "learn" and adjust to your bike.

now the white wire mod is not needed for the race right?
how often should I reset the TPS on my race ECM?
start of every riding season? Or when the actual season changes and air density is different?

those lights are sick. but mine already came with some custom LED. but if i do put the race ecm do i have to reset the TPS? or can i just ride it slow for a while and just leave it like that?

You have to do a TPS reset every time you change something with your ECM I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong.
