CONGRATS! On your hard work! Thanks for bringing a real Buell motorcycle to the masses - not a Buell engine stuffed into a chopper frame. That combo does nothing for me. Like the post above says - that is one badass looking trophy! Enjoy your hardware. |

XBmacon, what you told me really got me in the heart! thanks, and thanks to your baby boy! Dana, I'm trying to figure out how to ship the bike for Homecoming and I will come with the airplane, cause it's way too far from here for me to drive. but I promise I'll do my best, I can't wait to meet so many Buell fans! Speedfreak, here is a closer shot of my gauges... the white light is the one that tells me when the NOS system is in function!!!!!!!!!!!! and no, beside the ignition switch, I think nothing else is stock anymore. Wolf, I've been in the States for less than 4 years and sticking around this forum for few months, unfortunately I've never heard about WV before. but I'll be more aware next time... |

Slaughter, it happened to me once that I got robbed of the first place with my S1 from another S1 that didn't even worth and show half of the details I have on my bike, but who knows for what mystery, the judges didn't see it. so, long story short, when somebody else is judging your bike, you never know if he has enough knowledge and since you can't explain him what's on your bike, you always have to hope that he knows what you know. but when I realize that I was in good hands, was when I saw that every class was judged from 2 judges, and every judge was assigned only for 1 class. there were judges from germany, austria, england. crazy! but I assure you, it's not like that in every bike show. and yes, I must say that pics don't give justice to the bike, in person it's absolutely incredible. I will try and make it for Homecoming.... Thesmaz, the guys from Tribu` were all cheering for me, you know we have a strong group, all friends, they made me feel their support and they all were as happy as I was and they spent beautiful words, as here too. I wanna thank everybody here also. I bought an X1 from Andrew, he's gonna deliver the bike saturday to me, I have a nice and clean project for that bike, I'm gonna ger just one piece from Germany that I already order that it'll change completely the bike: this is the part... http://www.speed-of-color.de/index.php?cat=HECKUMB AUSMX&product=HB-002 |

That's a pretty popular tail section in Germany. Quite a few of the X1's I've seen at the Mid Summer Meeting's in Germany have had that tail. My buddy Frank has one on his X1:
I dig it myself! 1313 |

my dad used my camera while I was being announced and I must say he was even more emotional than me, since he cut off my head on all the pictures when I was on the podium!!! LOL thank God I had my GF and a friend of mine shooting from their camera... I will post them as soon as she pass them to me. |
