I bought a clear double bubble zero gravity windscreen for my firebolt and when I read the back of the package their was a warning that the windscreen might burn a hole in my dash. Well I then did a search on this site and it looks like that's what might happen. The only thing is that all the threads I read I think everyone had a colored screen. Will I still burn my dash even though it's clear? Has anyone with a clear windscreen got there dash burned?
I think the big lesson here I learned was to always do a quick search on this site before buying anything

It reads like it applies to all colours. You just have to remember not to park away from the setting sun. Or keep a rag to put over your dash.

Isn't science fun.

Funny (twisted) when it's ants, not funny when it's your dash.

Yeah, clear will do it jsut as well as any other. Just don't park with the sun low in the sky and behind you and you'll be good.
