Any one know if the glass can be replaced.....

or do you have to suck it up and buy a new instrument cluster? $$$$$

The housing is removable, though I don't know if it has a separate parts code. The front and back housing comes apart into a front and back piece, with the dash unit inside. You could put a Want To Buy in the sales section and maybe someone has one they are willing to sell.

Ummm, how'd you break it, if I can ask?

How about some Polycarbonate Lexan Material that you can pick up at Home Cheapo. Just cut to fit

Would you believe I'm just that damn ugly?

OK, trailering accident cracked the glass, but otherwise it's fine.

Yes, lexan/glass replacement was exactly were I was heading, just hoping someone had insight into this before I take it apart(making the bike un-rideable until fixed or replaced).

i just had mine apart this week. i don't think the clear part comes out. i tried to get it out for a while with no success. i think the plastic is welded together. good luck!

looks like I need to put out a request for any benefactors who might have a 'dead' instrument cluster with use-able cover glass.
