...anyone know? I'm looking for Denso IXU24, but don't know where to get them. There website dealer locator doesn't work. |

Should get IXU27, a step cooler running plug. This is the correct range for XBs. |

hmmm........ s it seems we have conflicting reports. I've been reading IXU24.... so which is it? what's the pro/con of the cooler range plug? |

I gave up on trying to find them locally, and ordered them from American Sportbike. If you have questions about which is the correct heat range, they can point you in the right direction. The plugs are listed on their website. Too hot a plug run at high rpm is death for your engine. Too cold and you will have low rpm driveability problems, and possible starting problems due to plug fouling. |

Yeah I gave up on the local search too. I found an internet site to buy the plugs (sparkplugs.com). I went with IXU27 per dc's advise. (Message edited by spacecapsule1 on May 11, 2008) |
