The 1125 fairing showed up yesterday so after work I headed out to the dealership, Silver Eagle HD/ Buell, to pick it up. The bike is on display there along with Troy Walbaum's XB12R so we had to see what it would look like!

The bottom bolts right in but it will require a simple custom bracket off the top mount since the 1125 fairing has a higher mounting. The 1125 fairing is approximately 6" wider and alot swoopier so I hope it will help me at Road America and other fast straightaway tracks.

I'm going to try building the headlight blanks with a foam buck then to fiberglass, but if anyone has any thoughts on this I'd be real interested.

Hey Gearhead...... If you have them, would you mind posting some close up pics of the fairing/mount or email a few to me? The more I know before I tackle this project the better.

Thanks,
Jim

Those head light openings would make for some wicked air ram scoops!
