I have a ridiculous collection of motorcycle videos on my computer (to the point that I had to start deleting music to make room!! :-) ) but only two (and both low quality) of Buells. Not counting the downloadable videos off Buell.com of course... hahaha.

So, does anyone make their own riding videos (of Dr Sardonicus (www.drsardonicus.com) or Lines (www.linesthemovie.com) quality?)

I'd be interested in seeing them. Nothing to gain or lose for anyone here, just curious if anyone loves making riding films.

147db has some cool vids. So do many others on here. Glitch has posted some. Use the search function and you should have some luck.

Oh I know the search turns up results. I'm just looking for names of specific editors that way I don't waddle through the [tank-cam-only-view] videos a million times! :-)

Thanks, I'll check them out

I don't have the equipment to do it- my first attempt was actually from showing my son how to use microsoft's movie maker - using vid I had shot with my dig camera in vid mode and a tripod LOL

I love watching some good rides though.

This reminds me of the time that my old gf and I made a "movie" and she returned it to Blockbuster. I still have The Fisherking that was supposed to be in the box.

I'm guessing you haven't been to that Blockbuster since, or do you roll in there full stride?

Well, the initial appearance after returning the tape would'v tipped you off whether you would've gone back... depending on how the women looked at yah being the determining factor

They sent us a letter....100.00 for the VHS or stopping in and returning it with late fees. I wrote the check so fast the ink was still wet when they got it.

I try to record when I'm in the mountains. Have some video of day and night runs on the Dragon. Some of Hellbender, Cherohala Skyway, Devils Triangle, Wolf Pen Gap and Blood Mountain. I use a Hi8 digital Camcorder, with a remote camera. Recently tried a HD camera in an attempt to get High Def but the drive was too sensitive and would shut down the camera every time we started up. Not real handy with the editing software so they are loaded on the Creative to view while on the cross trainer.

Well if ya cook up a way to finalize and crop the videos, I'd be more than interested in seeing them. Just looking for some stuff to get me through this non-riding-recovery time haha
