I did the first service this morning. It's the 1000km service. They did the following: 1) The installed the latest flash. 2) Changed Oil (he said he put 3 liters) 3) Checked various other things, (coolant, clutch and brake fluids, etc...) I complained about the whining the belt makes. He said he lubricated it but it still whines. Anybody else have that? When I got the bike there were some scratches on the bodywork. The dealer ordered a new fairing, windshield, and passenger seat cowl. They installed the new parts today. These are warranty items so I didn't have to pay anything. I was very happy about that. I also installed a pair of Night Design pegs and some gel grips. I need to adjust the shifter arm lower to match the lower pegs. Ironically the brake lever is fine. And when I got home there was a box in the doorway with my new Corbin seat. It's really nice. I ordered it with a textured black leather top and Navy Blue leather trimming to match the Diamond Blue frame and wheels. I can't wait to install it. I'll take some pics and post them tomorrow. Let me know what you think of the Corbin. I haven't got a clue on the belt. A friend of mine has had his in numerous times for an alignment issue with the belt walking off the sprocket though. |

The total was $187 (taxes in). Not too bad. Peter |
