For us tall guys or ones with bad backs (some of us have both!) I wonder if we can fit the CR top triple trees and handlebars for a more upright seating position???

Yup, you can. Like the XBs, parts are interchangeable with the 1125R/CR

It will probably be the wrong color. I know how important that is to all you guys! LOL.

I do have a good source for longer brake and clutch lines that you might need with the more upright accy. bars.

www.cyclebrakes.com I ended up with 47" clutch line and 27" brake line. These were less than $100 with 2 day delivery and 48hr turn-around. Talk with Eddie.

I was thinking that the bars could be shortened a little, also. I will see if I can get part number and prices for everything. I might prototype it!! I think Buell is offering longer throttle cables, brake and clutch lines to support the higher bars.

The r cables can be rerouted for slack. brake and clutch switch wires may need to be extended. Throttle side switch group wires can be rerouted. Clutch side switch group wires need to be extended.

YRMV but that's what I had to do/ could do.
