For sale 2001 Buell X1. Bike is in excellent condition with 11,750 miles. It has the Buell race exhaust kit with ECM, $1000 of carbon fiber. The rockerbox gaskets have been upgraded 7,200 miles ago. The only problem with the bike is the side stand switch went bad. I jumped the wires together you need to remember to put the side stand up before you pull out. Tranny oil was changed at 10,000 miles as was the engine oil both changed with motorex sythetics. The only thing this X1 needs is a rear tire and a new owner. Blue book value for this X1 in stock trim with the average miles of 27,100 is $5,300. I will sacrifice it for $4,000. This X1 had to be built on hump day if you know what i mean. No major problems in the 11,750 miles. I will also throw in a service manual, new battery and the show winning wall clock it won last summer in a local bike show. Please do not offer less than $4,000. I need a minimum of $4,000 for the bills of my new baby girl, who is in neonatal intensive care. You will not be disappointed with this bike. look at my profile for a picture if you want to see more just email me and i will send all i have of it.

OK here's the deal. We got over 30 inches of snow and the bike is for sale for the first $4,000 untill the winter thaw then it will cost at least blue book if you want it. But i could change my mind and keep it if i find i can get all these damn hospital bills paid with out any major financial problems. So right now is the best time to buy it. $4,000 now or $5,500 when this 30 inches of snow melts.

I only wish it didn't cost so much to ship to Australia and your exchange rate wasn't so good.

That is one heck of a deal. If I weren't in the middle of dumping money in my own bike I'd buy this one up in a heartbeat. There is some serious money tied up in the carbon fiber alone! Good luck Paul.

I was shoveling snow that slid of my roof, when i was done i went into the garage and looked at my X1. Seeing how beautiful the bike was i decided to take my tax return and bank it and see if I can make ends meet without sell the bike for the next 2 months or until my promotion goes through at work. I think i will be able to without any problems. But if not it will be back up for sale. Sorry to all who are interested in the bike. But it is so difficult to let it go for only $4,000 it is worth so much more. I just cant do it.
