I've changed mobile phones a couple months ago.

I have lots of leftover Star-Tac batteries, chargers and two brand spanking new (in the box) Motorola mobile amplifier, mount, external antenna kits (like the $150 each kits).

Can't bring myself to throw perfectly good, albeit dated technology, in the trash. If you want if send me your address and it'll be on the way.

Hey Bake,
Have you been to SPLASH or Border Raid. Do you know any Buell riders from the Lower Mainland?
Sweet Laverda.

Bib, I am new to Buells, (I have the only one in town) and had not heard of these events before.

I don't know anyone else who has a Buell except all you Bad Weather folks!

Kinda like Laverda ownership ; )

Thanks for the comments

Hey Bake,
Check out the Storm Fronts Section and scroll down to North West (WA, OR, ID, BC. Etc.) Rides.
This is where the coolest, friendliest most amazing people to ever ride Buells keep in touch. Try to ignore the traitors that have been drawn to the dark side (Triumph).
SPLASH (SPort Laps Around St. Helens) happens mid July and there is always a BC contingent of about 6 or 8 that go down and meet up with about 25+ of our American brothers and sisters and have a great couple of days of riding on some of the greatest roads anywhere. Then on the September long weekend they come up and meet us at Deeley's HD on Boundary Road in Vancouver for Border Raid. We ride up to Whistler, party for the night and ride the interior roads via the Duffy Lake. You are more than welcome to join in.

Sounds good, I will be out touring (Manitoba) with my g/f for mid July but we were planning another outing on the coast for Sept.

I am sure nobody will mind her ridding along on her sportster?

bake -- in riding longer than I care to admit, most days, experience, you'll find no group of riders who are more accepting of all bikes/riders of whatever persuasion than buellists -- they seem, for what ever reason, to have maintained the child-like enthusiasm for two-wheeled conveyences that brought us all to the sport in the first place -- a refreshing change from some group, in my experience

Hey Bake,
I can almost guarantee that there will be another lady on a sportster (husband on a Buell) at both of the rides I mentioned.

Bomber,
You're right on the money.

Just wondering if you sent the stuff off.

If not I would love to have it. People always make fun of my Star Tac, but I love it. I call it my "Old School" gear
