Dave,
I though the background in your pictures looked familiar. I live in TN now but I grew up and spent most of my life in southern IL. I am from Sparta IL. Where are you located? Why would you sell such a beautiful bike?

So you do remember me Court? I am impressed. It is time to sell my baby. I bought a house and I need to fix it up. I still love Buells and some day I will own another. Blake where sould I start. The odo has 41000.00 on the chassie. The engine was completely gone through 8000 miles ago. start at the top Heads are s3 lighting heads done by Brian Nallin with bigger intake valves (ferrea) Crane roller rockers,Mikuni Hsr 42, Andrews pushrods zippers push rod tubes, Red shift 575 cams, Jims Hydrosolid lifters, Milleium Cylinders. CP/ Nallin Pistons coated tops and skirts.Coated Buell race header. Barnett clutches,Banke shifter and brake lever, Banke frame brace,Ebc Pro lite front rotor upgraded Nissin caliper(front) PM 4 piston rear caliper, Panther drive belt.Upgraded engine mounts.Trans shifts like silk I de burred the shift drum.Screaming Eagle ignition. Cometic head and base gaskets. I would have no issues riding this bike across country. I built it for riding and low maintance. I have owned it since new.who ever gets this bike will love it I have redone all the suspension I do have all the recall goodies set aside. It also has S3 bars but you get the S3t bars and some other misc. stuff. I am sure the are a few tings I have missed, Oh it has the 98 and later clock in the early dash.Tires , brakes are in great shape. I use only Redline 20/50 oil since the bike had 3000 miles. If I get a full price offer I will give a complete set of black body work. Front fender, Tail section.Gas tank,Fairing and shallow lids. the bike has the owners manual fairing bags, under seat bag and saddle bag liners. sorry for the rant but you did ask I am very serious about my baby. She and I have history and that means alot Thanks Ed Law

Hey Ed,
Would you consider selling the black S3 bodywork separately? I've got a '98 S3 with PO commissioned custom paint that's begun to bubble.... I could have it redone but am uncertain how to prevent the bubbling recurring.... Zing me a ping if you think you'd like to sell it lawrenceh@golden.net
Prescott to Jerome IS a great ride... Further north to Oak Creek Canyon's faboo too!

Court, I would like to see what that file has in it. It should be good I think I have been one of the most dedicated Buell owners that company has seen.

If you don't stop in Jerome for homemade ice cream you have erred.

One of my favorite roads is the winding hill out of Jerome.
