Thanks to Connecticut’s excellent lemon law, I am no longer the Owner of a 2006 Buell Ulysses XB12X. I am, however, still the owner of certain Ulysses-specific accessories that were not purchased with the bike and were therefore not eligible for return with the motorcycle. All of these accessories are in good condition with the normal wear one would expect after about 4,000 miles. I’m letting them go for half what they cost me. I’ll cover the cost of shipping to the lower 48. Ulysses Factory Shop Manual My Cost $54 – Your Price $27 Ulysses Factory Tall Windshield My Cost $117 – Your Price $58 Ulysses Fortress Motorcycle Cover My Cost $85 – Your Price $42 Rick Mayer Custom Saddle (Black Leather) My Cost $659 – Your Price $329 Kaoko Throttle Control My Cost $157 – Your Price $78 Touratech Kickstand Support My Cost $29 – Your Price $14 Custom Passenger Footpegs My Cost $103 (parts only) – Your Price $50 (This assembly relocates the passenger footpegs about 2 inches forward and 2 inches down to get the passenger’s heels away from the saddlebag. Footpegs included. If you’re interested, let me know and I’ll post photographs.) Laminar Lip Windscreen Extension My Cost $93 – Your Price $46 Batts Racing Buell USB Interface Cable My Cost $56 – Your Price $28 Nolan Modular Helmet Model N102 with “n-com” Basic Kit communication unit installed Size XL, Color “Black Cherry” (This color is the “color negative” of Barricade Orange and looks great next to it!) My Cost $9.800 (came with a 2007 FJR 1300) Retails for about $370- - Your Cost $185 |

Note to all: I'm jammed at work right now so it may take a day or so for me to get back to you to make a firm deal. That said, I will, of course, respect the order of the responses. Itileman, you're #1 for the kickstand support and laminar lip. Froggy, I'll try to post pictures of the saddle late tonight. Go to the following Adventure Workshop link to look at the throtle control (it works GREAT!) http://www.adventurersworkshop.com/Merchant2/merch ant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=KAOKO_BUB&Categor y_Code=KAOKO_THROTTLE_CONTROLS Sachmo, the shop manual is specific for the Uly. That said, it is the best factory service manual I've ever used. Very clear and well organized. And cheap at the price I paid (the manual for my new Yamaha cost over $100!) Bill |

I want the throttle control, Kickstand support, and passenger pegs. I know I'm not first on line but if either fall through, I'm on it. |

Here's a picture of the seat. I've never posted a picture before, so I'll start with one add others if this works. This is a wonderfully comfortable and beautiful seat, but it is not any lower than the stock 2006 seat, which is pretty tall. If you have an XB12X and less than a 32 inch inseam, this seat will keep you on your toes.

That was easy enough. Here are two more pictures of the seat. Note minor scratches at the very front of the saddle.

Here's the footpeg setup. I custom machined the extension bars from billet aluminum and attached Kuryakyn ISO footpegs with stainless steel bolts.
This extends the clearance from the saddlebags from 4.5 inches (factory setup) to about 7.25 inches.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, I will pass on the seat for the moment. I am doing a Uly tail conversion on my bike and don't know if the seat height will be an issue yet. I couldn't even tippy toe with the 06 seat on my real Uly, so till I get the build done and start trying out seats I won't know for sure. |
