I need the bracket that fastens the chin spoiler to the engine on the right hand side of my 2000 X1.

Hi Guell -
I'm not positive but I think it is a "Z" shape only the middle would be perpendicular to the 2 ends. The end that attaches to the fairing is only about an inch long with a bolt hole through it. That's really all I can tell. I only have half a bracket. I'll take a pic and post it.

Rob, I've got a couple, I've never used them since the chin seems to stay put without them. Let me know If you haven't found one yet.

Make sure you know which shock it's for. The later, shorter shock on the tubers has a slightly different length bracket. The hole in the chin fairing is in the same place but the forward shock mount moved when they updated to the shorter shock. FYI.
