To answer some of your questions, the muffler installs in the stock location. One of the front mounting bosses for the chin fairing is bent as I bought it, I had no problems using just one of the two to help hold the fairing on. Yes it has the billet aluminum end cap. Yes it has dents on the bottom, repairable but never that important to me.
The Drummer is designed to not use the interactive exhaust cable on the 12's. You can remove it, but I simply disconnected it from the actuator up top, then greased the bottom end and pulled it up snug from the top. Couple of zip ties to hold it out of the way up there, since the actuator will still keep doing its thing.
The Drummer Standard is fine to use with the stock ECM per KD Fab, mine ran great with no mods. I love the pipe, just too boomy for my neighborhood... not raucous, just nice and throaty. If you want you could ECM Spy the map to optimize the pipe or talk to Al at American Sport Bike or explore other options. Not necessary though, it runs great on a stock ECM.
I don't have PayPal, I prefer USPS money order. You guys can get an idea on shipping costs via the internet (I prefer USPS, UPS is ok) and plug in the numbers. My zip is 92346, and the packed pipe should be under 25#.
Believe me, I don't want to get rid of it and I think for what Kevin & company do to the pipe it's a good price at what they ask to mod yours. Hope this helps!

Drummer is now off the market, I've decided to keep it. Sorry for anybody somewhat interested, not enough serious response to convince me to dump it. Besides I started thinking about what it would cost me to replace it when I would.
Rkc00!!! Where are you? Please PM me if you want me to ship the mirrors!
All other stuff still available. I'll close the sales off Friday 07/19/08.
