>>>I would imagine you have your helmet by now. Are you happy with it?? It arrived the other day and it is spectacular. It's been a fascinating 25 Years and I'm at not shortage of Buell stuff throughout the house but wanted something "special". . .this is special. The coolest part is that when I first looked at it I thought he'd simply retained (as required) the Arai stickers. It wasn't until we took it out and started looking closely I saw that he had painted each and every Arai marking in a blue. The helmet is a perfect Buell Ice White with an incredible display of the proper gold, blue and rose highlights. The hand painted Buell 25th decals came out perfect too. I've cleared a space on the Buell helmet shelf for it along side the Buell helmet that's been in 44 states and the commemorative collection of Buell/Feuling design "square" helmets. Please thank Will for me and also ask him if he is interested in doing a hard hat. I have a Vice President retiring, after 42 years, and am going to have a custom hard hat made for him. Thanks again for everything . . . . |

By the way . . .the helmet in the background is still, in terms of looks, one of my favorites. It's the one that was painted, in the booth at the same time, with my custom S-1. It's got like 5 coats of paint and 3 layers of clear and is "Parkway Blue". The color is really set off by the BUELL lettering and the gold iridium visor with the www.badweatherbikers.com emblazoned thereon. That's Scott Russell's signature on it . . . how did I know he'd get his ass kicked that night and not be able to sign anything the next day. Life is funny. |

That picture Court does not do any Justice. The paint has a Blue pearl inlay. It looks really nice..... rich actually. |
