Its pretty much stock, have had the bike for about two weeks now, still getting used to it.

I Couldnt get any better then a 12.3 @ 112.

Im having problems with it staying in gears down in the second half. Maybe im just not slamming it in hard enough (coming from a jap bike where shifting was super easy).
Also couldnt get any better then a 2.0 60 ft, maybe I wasn't giving it enough clutch and gas.

Anyone have any tips? Also what are some normal times (and 60') for an XB9R? I know they are rated at high 11's but what about with your normal rider and not a magazine pro?

I too just had my first time drag racing this year as well. i'm on a xb12 but a near flip over made me a little gun shy out of the gate. : ) gotta love that wheelbase. i found that by flipping the shifter knuckle over on the tranny (reversing the shift, 1 up 4 down) i could reduce the time and effort it took to change the gears. just have to step down on the shifter rather than dig under and pull up, making my times more consistant. and in the local races ended up taking 5th overall in the "eta" challange. and i was up against some REAL drag bikes! my profile pic is a friend and i at the track. i think my best time was a 11.5 @ 114. average 60' was 1.8
