At 6'2" the Buell tall directs the wind to my helmet. My guess is that you would experience the air stream about collar bone height. There is lot of discussion about the Buell tall's lip causing turbulence. I do get a lot of "dirty air" but still prefer the stability it provides at higher speed over the stock screen. You might want to consider a Parabellum. I had a buddy of mine ride my Uly last weekend. He's 5'10" and felt like he was riding up in an SUV. By comparison his Magna felt like a low rider to me. Taller is better but you have to find the right windshield for you. |

I am 6' and the tall puts the wind at my helmet. I like it at 70 to 80 mph speeds. |

At 6'1" with a long torso, the tall wind shield suits me fine. If I crouch at all, there's buffeting. Upright posture begets open air. I've not tried the C Bailey or Parabellum to A/B test. |

I have the tall windshield at 6'0" it is OK but I catch it in the shoulders...unless I lay down and put my chin on the tank bag and my left arm on my back..ala flat track style...that really quiets things down. |

Just for giggles , I mounted my laminar lip on my buell tall screen..... Eureka! At 6'-0" with a 32 " inseam this really works well! Put 450 miles on the set-up this past weekend and am very pleased. No buffeting and very little wind noise. The wider than stock buell screen takes most of the wind blast off my upper arms and the lip smooths the air flow over the top. This with the syncs allowed me to cruise at 80 mph for hours in comfort for the first time since I have owed the bike. |
