Adventurers: XB12X Ulysses Parts & Assembly Manual in digital Adobe PDF format - - if this exists does anyone have access to it? We're evaluating feasibility/issues of fitting these Ulysses parts to the Lightning: 1. fairing/windshield/bolts. 2. internal mounting structural components. 3. top/side dashboard around instrument cluster. 4. front power outlet electricals. 5. front turn signal assembly if no workaround. 6. headlight bucket assembly if no workaround. We need someone to capture screenshots of available exploded views including associated part lists and post them for us to study please. Many thanks in advance! |

John, The parts manuals are available for sale and can be very useful for lots of things...why not just buy one? I'm sure copyright laws prevent its posting here. If you have a specific part number question, I can look it up. http://www.americansportbike.com/shop/cgi-bin/cp-app.cgi?usr=51F3280597&rnd=8685 526&rrc=N&affl=&cip=69.160.135.44&act=&aff=&pg=prod&ref=9091&cat=&catstr= |

hello Al and thanks, i really don't need/want to invest $48 in a hardcopy Uly parts manual, actually just wanted a single pic and gave this forum request a non-professional home garage mechanic's try. we wanted to place the uly and lightning exploded views side-by-side and try to compare for ourselves what was needed if even possible from those limited perspectives. i agree the content of the manuals is copyrighted by the buell distribution company; but, i don't believe they would go after anyone over a snapshot; but, i guess you never know. oh well. |
