Just changed to a new battery, changed oil and replace a blown fuse for the fan but not it seems that the neutral light isn't always showing. It seems when it is warm. Is it me or something else?

The neutral switch can get "sticky" if you haven't ridden the bike for a while.

How do you get it "un-sticky"

Neutral switch may be toast. About $8 (sportster part) mounts next to front drive pulley, a bit tricky to install.
