Hi All,

Been a while since my last post.
Did alot of off-road riding this summer and fall.

Bike spend the entire summer filthy .

Thought I would post about the awesome skidplate Kevin at KD Fab made for me.

Its made of really thick stainless steal and has kept my drummer and engine from some serious nastyness this summer. In september I endedup in the forest after some loss of traction in a really! muddy curb. Anyhow I ended up perched on my skidplate ontop og some really jagged rocks. That would have done a number on my drummer forsure, but the skidplate did its job.

I also hit a really hard wonk on the front on the plate that would of really done a job on the drummer!

Anyhow here are some pics after my last romp in the woopds.

Here is a pic before installation with a drummer dryfitted.

That is one tough looking skid-plate!

Is that a TKC 80 I see on the back?

geez good eyes.

Yup its a TKC80. I have been riding them for about 2 years now.

They work great. can't wait to get a set that actually fits my bike. I have always fitted the BMW GS sized rear TKC80 with a front Pirelli MT60 in the front.

The Pirelli sticks like glue in the rain, and even on wet painted surfaces. great rain tire. But really crap in the sand!!!
