I seldom use my rear brake unless I am doing a quick stop or want to scrub some speed off coming downhill. But today I put my foot down and the pedal goes to the bottom with nothing happening. Got home and am missing the small caliper fastener, page 2-44 illustration 2-65, item 6 of the manual, page 42 item 20 of the parts book, it says H0105.F BOLT, flange caliper. But there is no reference for H0105.F in the back telling what size bolt it is. I am guessing a 6Mx1.0 flange bolt, but is this just a regular flange bolt or is there a special length with a shaft before the threads or can I use a regular bolt? Anybody have a way to shoot a picture of that bolt before I have to spend $35 to have one shipped to me from a dealer? This is not any bolt I removed, and can't explain how it disappeared. |

Check your shift lever bolt/shim while you're at it. Lost mine a couple of years ago |

I went all over the bike while I was adding and changing things, thought I had check every nut and bolt I could get a wrench on, the one I missed took a vacation. |
