Just swapped my 3rd pair of Metzler Roadtech Z6's, looking thin at 6000 mi. for a pair of new PR 3's. If they do as well as the PR 2's seem to do, I'm hoping to get at least a couple more miles out of these.

Hangetsu, I loved my Z6's but swapped to PR2's. They turn a lot slower but wear has been great. Interested in how the PR3's handle.

Tootal,
So far I can say, they do not have the same quick turnin as a new set of Z6's. The high peak and sharp side angles of the Metzlers made for awesome handling, but it didn't last long. They flattened out quick and then didn't handle that well at all. The PR's at least start out with a much lower and more rounded profile, so even though they don't have the sharp handling of a new Z6, maybe the change over time won't be as abrupt. I'm hoping the mileage increase makes up for the handling deficiency.
Cheers.
A-
