He needed to get that bike up to 150 mph and maybe that would have done the trick. That would have been scary for him though. He popped a nice little wheely. Myth busters knows a good bike when they see one.

My Daughter records all those shows so she watched it with me tonight.

in the end they did get it to work, probably the same way the original video was done : )

I didn't realize that the 1125's were chain drive.

The description of the bike at the beginning was not a Buell 1125 but a Erik Buell Racing 1125. Maybe that's the difference in that the bike had been modified by Erik Buell Racing and was not stock.

They are not.

The 1125 DSB is.

Yep, after I posted I went to Buell.com and saw that they were belt drive, like I thought, then I went back to the video and realized there were no headlights. Duh! Then it all made sense.
