I have a 2009 Uly and a 2009 Service manual, however I have the 2010 wheel. Can someone tell me what the difference in re installing the rear wheel? |

Don't forget the right side spacer and the dust seals, other than that it is just the same. |

When my dealer installed the 2010 wheel I kinda remember hearing the torque specs were different. Anyone have a 2010 manual they can check for me? |

I have both '06 and '10 SM's... both SM's have the same procedure and torque specs. |

Rwven Please don't be offended by my questions I'm having a non Buell guy replace my tires tomorrow. I appreciate your help. The 2010 Uly is the only buell with a three bearing rear wheel. So other Buell models are not guaranteed to be the same. The 2009 says the following: Tighten to 23-27 ft lbs then back off two full turns and re tighten to 48-52 ft lbs. My question remains, does the 2010 Service Manual have the same torque specs and sequence for the 2010 Uly Three Bearing Wheel. The only reason I'm persisting is that I specifically remember the dealer telling me they had to phone to get the specs becasue they were different. Of course they could be full of it, but now I need to know (from the book) (Message edited by paralegalpete on July 13, 2010) |

Pete, Gamdh answered your question, he does have the 2010 Service Manual. I don't have the manual but I have a 2010 wheel and I made the same enquiry as you and was told the same thing Gamdh told you. The torque specs are the same. BTW I just use 25 ft lb & 50 ft lb. Easier to remember that way. (Message edited by rwven on July 13, 2010) |

The 2010 Uly is the only buell with a three bearing rear wheel. Where does this mis-information come from?
I've got a Cherry Bomb Red, tri-bearing rear wheel on my XT-BOLT... 1313 |

There are other Buell's other than the 2010 XB/1125's that came from the factory with 3 bearings in the back |
