You may remember that on November 8, 09 my orange bearings on my 09 seized.
I needed to get the wheel, swing arm, braker roter and of course bearings replaced.

After some discussions they agreed to give me the 10 wheel.

I dug my trailer out of a snow bank today and drove the 300km round trip to pick up the bike

I bought the only Buell merch they had left in the store, (not that they ever stocked much)

And as a parting gift they gave me this cool plaque

All I need now is the snow to melt

Looks like a new brake rotor as well! I have the '10 wheel kit sitting on the bench ready to assemble, but I had to fork over the cash for it as my '06X has the original bearings still running yet.

How many miles, Dio? Very cool. Did you avoid the brake surging problem too?

I can't help but cringe at the 4th photo. Having that windshield on and the triple tail up is killing your gas mileage!

I wouldn't be as concerned with that as I would the huge air brake on the rear of the trailer.

If it was me, I would rolled it into the back of the SUV and laid it on its side : )

you fellows are funny lol, it was me and I decided to trailer it down the salt encrusted highway.

on a side note, the tech pointed out some scrape marks on the front wheel and asked if I had had the front tire off before.

the anwser was no and I was a little suspicious that they had done the damage installing my new tire. I kept those thoughts to myself and its a good thing as
then I remembered crossing this bridge in the summer and my front wheel getting jammed between the boards

a 2010 wheel reltated question.
In 2009 (my bike year) the x had a heavier wheel and the t a lighter wheel.

Is that the same for the new 10 3 bearing wheel?

The service manager showed me the warranty invoice at $2500 bucks (ouch)
