I just ordered the outdoorsman kit from Chicago HD $650 to the door. 21 day lead time with a slightly longer delay expected. I was getting worried that these parts may dry up...

did you just get the side bags????

I just ordered the side brackets (4) on thursday, I am like you and got worried.... let me know if you get the turn signals, they are classified as "obsolete" according to my dealer and he couldn't figure out how to order them...

I only wanted the side bags, yep discounted by about a $100 bucks. I will work out the signals myself, shouldn't be too difficult, longer wires is what I heard along with the brackets..

The "normal" price was $784 on most other sites with free shipping.

The only difference with the turn signals was 4" longer pigtails. If you can get the bracket (last I checked, still available), you can build extensions for the wires. Butt connectors are cheap and plentiful at Radio Shack, as is "zip" wire. Hell...it's a turn signal. Use old speaker wire. : )

yeah at $47.50 each they are kind of steep ..... the part I am hating is that Buell discounts the 30L bags to a unreachable price from anyone else $500 was the cheapest 30L H&B bags I could find, but I want 40L....

LED huh???

I am pretty sure the rear turn signals are part of the kit Rwcfrank. So you should receive them when you receive the kit.

Thanks for the info, once I get the kit I plan on making the framework "quick release" so I can pull it when they are not in use. More to come..
