Have to share a very positive dealer experience. As a few on this board will know I had an 08 Uly that I purchased this spring. It has had an intermittent issue with shutting off at random times. Latus Buell in OR has replaced parts and checked grounds etc to no avail. This last time was the fourth trip in. Buell has not figured it out either. To end this long story I now have a brand new '09 in the garage - Latus and Dave A. swapped me out - I wish every issue I have ever had with a piece of equipment had this outcome If anyone is in the Portland OR area look Latus up, IMHO they may be the best Buell dealer in the country. |

Wow, that brings 'above and beyond' to a whole new level. Cheers to Latus for raising the bar |

Latus is a really good Buell dealer. I believe last time I was in they had a sign stating that they are the #1 selling dealer. |

Speaking of good dealers..I have had a good experience with the guys at Prince George harley way up here in the great white north of British Columbia, Canada. They seem truly interested in the Uly, and actually sell them. The mechanic assigned to Buell says he likes working on them and takes the time to talk bikes with the rider. The service management seems keen on getting fresh information on new tires, and what we would like to see them stock. Pretty amazing really, considering my home town harley dealer that just built a brand new signature store, when asked if they were bring in Buell, just got frothy at the corners of the mouth, snot started coming down to their mouth, with a curt reply of "No F---ing Way" my closest dealer is two hours away, and the Prince George guys I am talking about are about eight to ten hours away. |

8-10 hours away! I wont complain about having to go an hour away to Kent or Puyallup. It's good to know - The Uly & I travel BC, NWT & Yukon when ever we get the chance. Do they have a good stock of tires ? It's a shame some of the best shops seem to be a long way from home. Portland Or, Prince Geo BC. |

I deal w/Latus as well. This week they let me "borrow" a low seat! Colton/Dave (as well as everyone) are great. They really did you a solid! That's good to hear. My '09 hasn't given me any problems and I do my own maint. so I just go in there to hang...... |
