There are numerous pipes, Drummer, Jardine, etc. but be careful that you don't exchange loud at the expense of torque or horsepower in usable rpm range. Many BWB sponsors have options for you.

Disconnecting the active muffler changes the exhaust note. You might try that first before you jump into the expense of a new muffler. There are many threads regarding how to do it. I took the simple and reversible route by disconnecting it and using fishing line split shot to hold it open. I ran it that way for a while, but have returned it to stock. I prefer stealth to noise...

The ECM can be reprogrammed with ECM-SPY to change the way the exhaust valve works... resulting in a better sounding bike but maintaining the advantage of the valve... this coupled with revising the fuel map (also via ECM-SPY) made my bike run strong and smoothly from idle on up.

Unfortunately, it makes your ears look slightly larger and off the shelf helmets usually don't fit.

Can you hear me now?

Shouldn't be too hard to modify to fit a run of the mill Arai.

wire the valve open = power loss in mid range - nice music though. I hear drummer is the best.

Actually Micron, Benson, and other full systems are better, but they cost more. : )

I love the Buell race kit I put on mine. Nice note, not too load unless you are under hard acceleration, sounds almost as good as my Ducati.
