My bike loosens up the right rear airbox screw repeatedly. The seat is the only reason that it's still in the bike. I haven't bothered putting locktite on it yet. It's just weird. The other screws are always just fine. I have tried swapping the screws just to see if it was the screw. It's the location! Just weird. |

Could the threads in the frame be partly stripped? Either way, I wouldn't worry about it, 3 out of 4 ain't bad :P |

You replace a screw or fastener on a Buell WITHOUT BLUE Loctite? Wow, a real risk taker, that one. ~jammer PS. Are the nylon-ish washers gone from your screws in the cover too? |

Mine has backed out twice. Will need to Loctite it. |

I just thought that it was odd that the one screw backed out over and over. The other three are fine. I'll put some gum on it when I change the filter |

the same screw on mine went missing too. I wonder why it would be that one. |

The harmonic wave imbalance caused by the flux capacitor's constant discharging during plasma infusion on acceleration events, may be causing the frame stability program and inertial dampeners to fail at specific resonances. This could be offset with a higher ion discharge pulse to the radial emitier during excesive acceleration events, thus preventing the afformentioned "backing out" of said structural integrity management device. In lame mans terms, blue it, and be done with it!! LOL Bruce who's bored at work now........... |
