Any rumors as to what is going to change on the 09s? Have been way under the radar the past several months, regarding the wonderful world of Buell. Thanks tom |

Oh man, your title faked me out! I thought you had the scoop. 09 info has been unusually quiet...especially given this time last year the word was out. |

There've been a few threads on 09 rumors on the Quickboard, but nobody's posted anything besides pure speculation. My speculation? I think they'll reconfigure the underseat area for better airflow (fan runs less, seat stays cooler) and provide a new, quieter fan. |

Oh lord help me if they make an 1125 Ulysses. I'll think we'll see an "S" model first, but eventually, I'm hoping they release an 1125 Ulysses. |

09 xb9 adventure bike of course I have been riding it now for over a year and a half. And just to stir the pot, maybe a spring release of the 450 Dirt bike in DS/SM format, no f'n MX ... All the rumors that are fit to type, welcome to the internet. |

I'm all for improvements, but personally I hope if they do an 1125 ULY they continue to offer it with the current drive train also. One reason I chose the ULY was to get away from valve adjustments. |

I'm on the smaller more off road theme CityXslicker is going. If the off pavement way is one Buell wants to explore they need something to compete with the BMW F800GS. A 21"front, 17" rear, belt drive V-twin would kick the fire road grime off a F800 GS with some Buell engineering. |

I run her pretty hard on fire roads, forest service roads, county access, power line maintenence roads, and any wagen wheel chuck that piques my interest. I am sure I am WAAAAAY outside the company line on what a City-X should be used for. |

I bottom out, there are some pics on here about the abuse that the race can has taken. I have since put on a touratech bash plate. I only have 3.8 inches of clearance.... IT SUCKS being Short. I have a 29 inch inseam and I am on the balls of my feet on the bike. It is a custom seat from a local shop, I have not measured it, but it gets the job done for me. Gel inserts are nice too. Measurement to come next posting |
