Picked these up the other day. Heat Demons grip heaters. I had to do some creative cutting and grinding to make them work on the Buell but I think the outcome looks good. I like these because they have four heat settings and a factory look to the switch. LED indication of heat settings and you can dim the display down for night riding. The actual heat elements are in-bar so you can use grips of your choice. Didn't go into install as they are the same as the Polly Heaters that have been extensively covered here. The top screw is a "dummy" that I epoxied in as the switch is held on by the clutch perch clamp screw. (Message edited by bosh on April 12, 2008) |

Bosh, did you start out with the Harley or Metric version? I have Polly heaters installed now, but they get way too hot. Hoping this 4 level switch could be purchased separately so I can try it with the Polly's. I am getting tired of having to turn the Polly's on/off to manage the heat. |

Jjg0324, This is the metric version. The low setting is nice, I used it this morning coming home from work. Nice and warm but not hot. |
