I got the call today, they are going to ship my 1125 on Nov 16. I should get it about a week after that. I just might be the first in Ok. I know it will be the first in Tulsa. |

I'm not sure anyone has a reliable date just yet. PaintballTommy said his was coming on Nov 9th, mine was ordered the same day as his (at the dealer show), and I was given a similar date. I, at this point, would consider this to be an optimistic delivery date. I'm ok with Buell taking their time on making sure this bike is "ready". Fix the high RPM vibes, the cluster daytime visibility, and the right foot roaster. I'll be ready with my money when they are done. |

My dealer told me no deliveries until December, that was a week and a half ago. Harley as well is having issue's, the "Rocker" is also delayed until January |

In the UK we were told November, then December, and now 'don't know but maybe January'. Just the time of year to take delivery of a new bike. I hope it comes with snow chains as well as heated grips! |

I was told Nov. 5th as a ship date for mine, but with that may change if they are pushing production back to fix the small issues. but id rather have them take there time then rush it. |

I'd suggest that most folks tossing out hard dates at this point are speculating. There will likely be some news today or tomorrow at the dealer level regarding some aspects of the 1125r experience. It's a really neat and exciting process that I'm not sure any manufacturer has ever done before and it's requiring a ton of effort from a lot of really dedicated folks. . . . one of whom was working at 1AM last night and dreading the 6am wake up call this morning. For now . . I'm just sitting, watching and reveling. It's fun to be a past, even from the sideline, watching these folks do this. It been funner still as I sat here the other night reading 16 letters back and forth between Buell owners and the factory from 1991 when the entire future of the company revolved around getting a $726 shock THAT day. I don't know the details. I know the people and I'm frankly amazed. I hope the 1125r goes into production when Tony Stefanelli says "it's ready". Just my take . . . |

When it gets to the dealer it will be ready for the streets. Absolutely. I was at Willow yesterday for the Inside Pass day and had great fun. The 1125R is more than I could have anticipated. I am anxiously awaiting he delivery of mine. Bantering with the Buell employees that staff the event gave me great confidence in that they know their job and are involved in possibly the most brilliant execution of a new vehicle introduction ever. These (Buell) guys are dedicated, have attention to detail, and have all their heart into the common goal of getting the near perfect product out there. Not to hijack the tread, but I want to add a huge thank you to BMC for allowing me to come to the track, get great instruction and have the pleasure of the most awesome demo ride ever. Asbjorn |

I'm glad to see they are taking the time to make sure they 1125 is just right before they pull it out of the oven and serve it to the public. How cool is it that "WE" got to help (even if it was just a little) by riding the crap out of them and then got to tell them what we thought.... Black wheels and the normal color frame please...... |

The whole Inside Pass deal is brilliant in many, many ways. It is a miracle that it is happening, can you imagine Honda doing it? |

Depending on how you look at it, Ducati (Factory), Honda (Freddy, Reg), Suzuki (Kevin) and Kawasaki (Keith) all have factory-sponsored track days with instructors. None are less than $650 for a day w/ a bike tho and (other than Ducati) you can bet no factory reps will show up. On the upside, no company execs will stuff you in a corner ;) |

And none are with next years preproduction models. That is what I was getting at, the public test riding preproduction bikes. |

Correct, of course. But then Buell's never done it before either. I figure it (preproduction bikes on the track) comes in high on my list of "why I'm buying two more Buells," behind Inside Pass in general, my wife's crush on Erik, the ease of tracking an air-cooled bike, the power of the new motor .. |

I figure it (preproduction bikes on the track) comes in high on my list of "why I'm buying two more Buells," .. At least I'm not the only crazy person who is talking about buying two new bikes in one year! I bought the STT in May, and now I've placed a deposit on a 1125r. I've never even considered doing something like that before! I'll be happy to wait until Buell says it's really ready. George |

I was just told Late November to early December here in Nebraska. The wait is killing me. Not like ill be able to ride much anyways but i do have a nice gortex snowsuit that will keep me warm. So as long as the streets are clear ill be able to break in my new bike. |

I was told by my local dealership "not until early next year" but then again I doubtful they are concerned about such things. And of course I did not put money down on it. I am hoping that they are all going to dealerships that already have people that have put money down. Frank |

Our first order shows "released to plant" which translates to being built within 7-10 days. That bike is still holding its 11/8 estimated ship date... |
