Sanchez - The chain gang needs to keep their tensioners cause the XB doesn't have an adjuster. So you still have all the benefits of the belt, except for the maintenance free capabilities and the added potential for catastrophic failure. Glitch-I was hoping all the 3%'er pimp pics were obliterated in the great Glitch computer crash, 2006. |

Hey Glitch. Good Dad on ya mate! I fly to Buffalo Friday afternoon. Hard week of drinking is coming to a close here at the Galleria. Your "aviation safety professionals" were in ATL all week. It would scare ya if you knew some of these people who maintain our airplane fleet. |

M1A65 is a tech for Delta so we get to hear horror stories from time to time. See whoever is coming over soon. Kdan, that is what happens when you slam the front end down at speed. |

Looks like I missed a good time. I didn't get out of work until 19:30, though and I had to deliver the cop car to my kid. She then drove me home and get this, she got pulled over on the way back to her home by Cherokee's finest! The cop ran her paperwork, inspected the car thoroughly and asked her a million questions. They informed her that they could almost arrest her for impersonating an officer...I almost wet my pants when she told me. I thought it was great! The kid won't be able to go anywhere without every cop on the road checking her out! Perfect! |

When you gonna make it out our way again? Soon I hope. Was getting a check engine light everytime I took her over a hundred MPH and the surging gets worse the more I ride. Can't risk losing another engine; so I decided to keep her in the stable until I can afford to resolve the injector issues. Shannon's Grandma passed away last week so I was in Houston for the last weekend and early this week. Stopped in on New Orleans for a few beverages on the way home. Been playing catch-up in my new position ever since. It is killing me not having the bike. I been commuting to ATL way more than I am comfortable with and it is just not the same in the Ranger. Hopefully I can free up some money for injectors at the end of next week. |

Sorry to hear the news about Shannon's Grandpa. Why don't you drop off the bike with me or Charlie on one of your commutes to the city? I really would like to take a look at the throttle cables to make sure there's enough play for the throttle plate to remain closed when it's supposed to be closed. If you can pull that off, at the very least, the bike will be close to, or in the Barn. Give me a ring if that sounds like a good idea, and we'll set something up. |

talked to Eric again recently and he said that you wer still interested in possibly being a part of "Pushin' Up Daisies". If that is the case, I am definitely still interested as well. I have an idea of how we might best be able to utilize your crew and your motorcycles. There's a scene shortly after the zombie mayhem has broken lose when our characters are riding in their cars from one place to another. A couple of characters are sitting in the back of the truck. We thought it would be really cool if, in this scene, they were to be passed by a gang of dudes on motorcycles with each guy toting some sort of weapon on his back as if they're riding into battle. We could put rifles, shotguns, clubs, machetes, makeshift weapons, or whatever else we can think of, strapped on your back as you ride by and basically make you guys look badass. After you guys pass the main characters, one of them would say "Are we sure we want to be going in the same direction they are . . . " Anyway, let me know what you think and if this is a real possibility. I'd love it if we could get as many as ten people to make up the gang. We'd have to shoot it in Athens. I don't know where you'd be coming from but I hope that's feasible. It looks like we're going to be shooting this scene the morning of Thursday, May 3rd so I hope that is possible with your individual schedules. So, get back to me with your thoughts, and hopefully we can put you guys in the movie in what would surely be one of the most memorable scenes of the whole thing. I told him: Sounds awesome Patrick. We would love to do it. Motorcycles and guns will be right up our alley! And it is always cool to look badass, but getting video documentation is a whole nother level! I can get a good crew of bikes together but it may be hard to tear everyone away from work during the week. If we could shoot this scene on a weekend we will get a much better response. Let me know where and when you want us and I will get a list of participants. I just wanted to put it out to gauge interest. Holla if you wanna be a star! |

HOLLA! That sounds like a blast. Question: Is it proper procedure to test your rev limiter when you get cut-off by a car in traffic? I thought my horn was going to give out from the switch being held down, but then again, I had a hard time hearing the horn over the sound of my engine bouncing off of the rev limiter... I hate Atlanta traffic! Looks like I'll be able to make it out Sunday. |

Holy crap! There's a dirt track not 5 minutes from my house. It's half way in between my place and Will's. It's a huge empty lot that the owner rides on and lets other people ride. I met some cool ass Mexicans who let me take a couple of laps on their CR250. Charlie, bring the PW80 out my way tomorrow, and we'll go tear some $#!t up. |
