What do you think? I had the RRC tail end before but made this one by cutting down a standard tail and fitting an LED tail light with built in indicators. It's really bright and looks a lot cleaner with no indicators. http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l75/norried/Buell/buellpics005.jpg http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l75/norried/Buell/buellpics007.jpg http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l75/norried/Buell/buellpics005.jpg I also fitted Kellerman indicators to the front. http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l75/norried/Buell/buellpics040.jpg This is what it looked like with the RRC tail unit fitted. http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l75/norried/Buell/Buellframepolished014.jpg Norrie. |

Looks nice! Love the yellow. Not a big fan of the micro signals, though. They're freakin' hard to see during the day. I almost ran over a guy once in my car because I didn't notice his teenie tiny signals.... ~SM |

SHock racing has some small signals that are bright enough to be seen, and I've been considering a set for my bike. Even though I'm another rider that wants everyone to know what my intentions are, even though I assume I'm invisible to the other drivers. |

The Shock Racing signals kick ass! I have them and with 13 led's each they are bright and are only $25 per set. That is all four signals for less than the bost of one Kellerman. Sorry 'bout the thread jack. The new tail section looks tits! Is that the Clear Alternatives integrated light? |

BAD ASS... I love it! An RCC tail end, I'll have to look that up. Awesome polish job, I've been considering the same thing. Did you do it yourself? Willing to share any hints to ease my anxiety? |

Yes it's the clear alternatives light. The indicators are very bright. I tried one standard one and one of the new ones and they are just as easy to see as the stock indicators. Norrie. |

gotta love that polished frame. Turn signals are just to keep the cops from pulling you over anyway, I like the ones you got. |

Some pics of the bike from the side. I had the wheels painted and re-polished. http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l75/norried/Buell/Buellframepolished029crop.jp g http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l75/norried/Buell/Buellframepolished024.jpg http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l75/norried/Buell/Buellframepolished033.jpg http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l75/norried/Buell/Buellframepolished022.jpg I made the tail end myself by cutting down a standard one. Basically you just cut off all the additional metal underneath to leave a flat surface and then file and sand it until it is smooth and you are happy with it. You can then polish or paint it as required. I obtained a spare tail end to do this on from E-Bay. By the way how do you host pics rather than just a link to them? Thanks. Norrie. |

I am looking for mirrors at the moment but not sure what ones to get. I really like the Rizoma bar end mirrors but they are very expensive. Any suggestions. Norrie. |

I had the frame, swingarm, frame rails etc all polished by a Professional. It's a lot of work as I done my last bike on my own. The Kellermans are really bright. So who can recommend good bar end mirrors? I do like these but they are expensive. http://www.rizoma.com/images/immagini_catalogo/pop_up/BS144.jpg Thanks. Norrie. |

Go down to your local bike shop (as in bicycle) and pick up some bar end mirrors from them.....Saves you around $50 bucks and they work like a charm!!!! |
