And some of the people who scream about Buells being chopped for customs will maybe like this adaptation. Hmmm, gives me thoughts, bad thoughts, been thinking of quads lately, hmmmmmmmm....

I painted our little 80cc Yamaha like the race bike and put Buell on the tank, but that is WAAAAAAAAAY cooler!
I'd rather sweat than bleed, wouldn't you? White is definitely the FASTEST color Buell.

That was done very nicely. Looks like someone really took their time and thought it through. Very nice. |

And to think I have a blown motor in my quad and have been looking at putting a R tail on it with an S flyscreen and lights, Looked like trying to stuff a xb engine would be tough though.

I can't believe anyone would chop up a fine machine (art in fact) and turn it into something with four wheels. If Erik wanted a four wheeler he would have built one. That thing probably corners worse then a Buell turned into a chopper. Sorry I had to poke fun at the people who hate it when a Buell is turned into something that is cool maybe a different cool but cool in it's own right. |

Can it be registered as a street bike? That would be the answer for a few who have problems with 2 wheels. Very cool indeed. |

Those tires wouldn't be good for much speed. They'd chunk and throw lugs pretty quickly. There are better solutions for those having trouble with 2 wheels. I've spent a fair amount of time researching just that when it looked like I wouldn't get back on 2 wheels myself. There was a rig I saw in San Diego that used linear actuators to lower outriggers at low speed and retract them as speed increased. It was mounted on a Honda Superhawk. watching it's owner disassemble his wheelchair, put it on a rack he'd made for it and pull himself onto the bike, velcro his legs in place and ride away was an inspiration. Not just to me, but probably also any other rider that's seen him. It made my problems look so small by comparison. I'd rather sweat than bleed, wouldn't you? White is definitely the FASTEST color Buell.
