Our sponsors, American Sport Bike have the LSL and the Storz Dampers. Both are around $360-$370.
I believe that Hyperpro may have a Buell mounting kit now, but I am not positive.
I have a Storz. It works well but is very exposed on an S, not too bad on an R.
I think I would recommend the LSL just because it is mounted under the forks instead of on the side, as is the Storz shown here.xx

Storz is not crashworthy. Sure they fix it for $100 each time you bend it but...

If I had to do it over, I'd get a cross-mount type (like the LSL) - that fits under the steering head. Can save you a $100 bill every time you tip over (and you will)

I have the LSL on my XB9S and am very happy with it. If the bike should go down (hope it never happens) it should not be damaged. It works well.

LSL or hyperpro style mount is the way to go.

I have a Hyperpro that I got from Rich at Innovative. It is very nice and completely hidden. Only drawback is it is not adjustable on the go.

Yes, you can reach it with your left hand.
