We went to the Uk Buell Enthusiasts Group Emma Radford Memorial Meet at the Lincolnshire aviation centre on Saturday, and what an excellent day it turned out to be In excess of 75 Buells together in the UK is a great achievement and testament to Chris & Jane Jessup's organisation. H-D/Buell UK were also in attendance and shocked everyone by arriving with not one, but TWO new XB12X's including some very nice options such as GPS and luggage, as well as the new XB12Ss and Stripe XB12S. Highlight of the day had to be the very low level flying display by a genuine WWII Spitfire fighter and a taxi display by a Lancaster bomber. This has now become an annual event that is becoming the largest meet for Buell enthusiasts in the UK, and looks like going from strength to strength. All we need for next year is the man himself It was a priviledge to be a part of such a wonderful event.

I was gonna go but had to travel outta town to take an auto tranny off a 2.3 9000 turbo. I'd nagged the owner of the donner 9000 to sell me the tranny for over a week (they're as rare as hens teeth) and he finally agreed on Friday afternoon - then tells me he's holidaying for a fortnight come this Monday so Saturday is the last and only day if I want it now. It's been three years since I showed off my S1W to a true Buell crowd and I'm sorry I couldn't be there for the other Buell enthusiasts as well as myself. I was looking forward to meeting some old faces too. Rocket |

Hey Mat....let us know sooner next time. I'm not at all opposed to coming over to dig-a-gig with both Buells and Aeroplanes! Looks like a way cool gathering. |

Another pic that I meant to post was of Chris Jessup's 97 S1 tank. If you like Buells & 'Planes you'll love this

You guys have a great thing going on there. Really great Buell scene and quality people to build events such as these. Keep up the good work, and please do feel free to post any of your exploits for the brethren over here to enjoy. Your events are always well attended and well photographed. Any write ups would be interesting as well. Speaking as a BadWeb Custodian. |
