I'm looking for a resource where I can read up on all the details of all the tuber models. Does such a thing exist? TIA. Ingemar. |

Try this http://web.archive.org/web/ then type in http://www.buell.com it is an archive of old web info. some of it will work and some wil not but for the most part it's pretty useful. |

Thanks guys, I almost forgot to respond. I'm about to put together a single page with technical specs of all buell models before they get lost. Maybe accompanied with an picture of a stock bike. |

I'd like to see a page with all the specs for the Tubers. Maybe later this year I want to find an S1 for a 'project'. I've often wondered how much is interchangeable between the S1/S2/M2 versions. The X1 is fairly unique. I'm just not up to snuff on the older tubers. |

Also, check out the gallery for some neat pics. The gallery pics will be linked to the corresponding spec sheets of that model. |

I've got the 2000 sales brochure I could try scanning if it would help. It's like 9 1/2 X 12 1/2 so I don't know if my scanner will accommodate, might have a little one 'round here too. Also have the '01 parts and apparel brochure, it's pretty beat up but the part numbers are all legible. |

LB, check out Motorcycle Online's archives. They have specs listed for a ton of bike in their reviews. |

Littlebuggles, Thanks for the offer but I found most (if not all) of the specs on that web archive site. I will have all models and years on my site in a week or 2. We will then have all technical specifications of all models, including a bunch of pictures of those bikes in stock form in one place for reference. |

Sweet! I lost my '98 and '99 sales brochures a long time ago. It will be great to have all that info in one location. -Mike |

Okay, but what I'm wondering are, what are the differences between the S1 and the other bikes. I can see there's some significant differences between the S1 and S2, but what about the S1 and M2? Differences in the frame? I have to admit I'm not too good at searching the archives on this one.

Thanks guys! Rock, as long as it is mentioned somewhere on the web archives, I will have it on there. If not, I will have to rely on numbers from you guys. If the specs are the same as the original X1 and the difference is cosmetic, I need to find an official Buell picture (like from the brochure) and the year to include it on there. |
