After the Hooters postings... I'd have the bomb squad check that sucker over really well!!!!! (formerly dasxb9s - still paranoid... HOWEVER, it's not paranoia if everyone REALLY is out to get you) |

Running or ready to part out? If in parts, let me know. You have a lot invested in some really trick stuff on that bike that I would be interested in. Hey, what does Foster's taste like? Never had one. |

Dyna...Better idea! Make that your track bike. You can use it to level the playing field with Blake and if you toss it away, it won't make any difference. You wrote it off years ago anyway! |

Level the field?? But he already has "race" tires & they negate any hp advantage anyways Buell vs Buell...hmmm, wonder if anon has any of those extra Revos sitting around? |

If in parts and you want to talk horsetrades for parts let me know. Bill, Fosters is an acquired taste, and you have to finish at least one whole can in one sitting before said taste can be acquired. I learned this in a past life, which is where I'll happily keep any Fosters thank you very much. Perhaps it wasn't the acquired taste so much as it was quantity of tasting acquired, or words to that slurred effect. |

Have to admit the reason I never tried a Foster's is the size of the can. I have all to do to get through a regular sized beer without taking a nap. LOL |

Dyna...Build it up into a dedicated race bike and have your fun with it. What am I saying. You just passed Dave while playing "Gentleman Racer." There couldn't possibly be any reason to build up the X1. You would be going backward in time. LOL |

Sometimes size is important. By the time you finish one you don't know if you like it or if you simply don't care anymore. And to all the Foster's Lovers out there - that's a joke folks.

Dave is still a better rider than I am, have admitted that many times. Hell he has like 38 track days, I have what..6? Equal machines & he would kick my . See unlike some folks...I can actually admit im not the best rider/racer, no matter what tires I have |

Equal machines & he would kick my •••. Whoops...Hope Blake doesn't pick up on that. Just kidding. Guess the challenge always was his bike against your R1. Still would like to see that someday. Just get your track time up so you don't get skunked. Oh man, I wouldn't want to live that one down. LMAO Actually, considering the difference in track experience and the Pro-Buell conditions at Blackhawk, I think it would be a good venue to hold the shootout. Blake can learn the track easily enough and you can log some more laps. Sounds like good handicapping to me. Don't know a thing about Blake's home track, but anything smaller than Blackhawk would seem like B-Trax, eh? |

It would be hilarious if Dyna's X1 came back with a perfectly fitted and mounted Revo engine installed, all ready to run.... Except with the radiator and other water cooling parts all in a box, with a note saying "we defer to your engineering expertise, when you find a place to install this stuff, please take pictures and send to: Revo@Buell.com.

Bill, OHR is probably smaller than some of Reg's B-Trax courses. Not doing anything with the X1 yet, just storing it till November. |

Reep...You done good with that one. Best way for Buell to get Dyna back in the fold is to get him to work with them at least on a consulting basis. Heck, he would be so busy thinking up new things that he wouldn't have time to post. Not to mention, he would be having the best time of his life! LOL (Message edited by Outrider on August 25, 2004) |

I know that. You would really do well in a creative design environment. Don't know how you would do if your stuff never made it to production? I had to learn a little humility when some of my creations didn't get approved, but then there is always the next one. |
