Has anybody found a source for powdercoat to match the magnesium colored wheels? My powdercoater can’t find it from his suppliers. |

Wheels were made in China if i recall correctly. If they were powder coated there that could be the problem with matching the color. I am a paint guy. Are you looking to redo your stock wheels for surface damage or color change other powder coated wheels? |

Using the standard paint preparation protocols, the factory powder coat holds urethane automotive paints very well. Take the correct color rim to a paint shop, they can match colors. People have shipped stuff to me for matching colors on Buells where no color codes exist.
