It's been all over and already picked apart. Hero is just to get what they were promised from the start, no more. They are not getting the company. |

The country's largest two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp is set to acquire assets in Eric Buell Racing for $2.8 million as a part of the settlement deal with court-appointed receiver in the bankruptcy matter of the US-based company. Sorry if this is wrong or outdated... |

"Acquire assets". Not "buying the company". They can't even spell EriK correctly... (Message edited by ratbuell on July 29, 2015) |

From FB its true... fingers crossed for the 5th EBR New date for the sale is set for August 5th. Hero has separately made a deal with the receiver to purchase just those assets specific to the consulting projects EBR was doing for Hero. So what will be sold on the 5th are all the assets related to the EBR motorcycle business. |
